Chris Guyver
Chris is PSW’s founder and chairman. A former government special adviser, he offers more than 30 years’ experience supporting major clients on political and reputational strategies. He has worked with over 350 organisations and under governments of all colours. Chris has an unrivalled network of contacts from a career at the heart of politics and the public affairs industry.
Peter Heaton-Jones
Peter is a director and consultant at PSW. He was an MP on the government benches from 2015 to 2019 and served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to several cabinet ministers. Prior to politics, Peter was a BBC journalist and media adviser in the UK and overseas. He brings deep knowledge of the intersection between public affairs, politics and communications.
Megan Williams
Meg worked in both the UK and European parliaments for six years, concluding as the Senior Advisor to a Select Committee chairman. She has an in-depth knowledge of the workings of the UK parliament and brings an impressive network of contacts across many government departments.
Mark Hicks
As a former senior civil servant, Mark has been at the very heart of government and has built a wide-ranging network of contacts. His time in Ministerial Private Office helped build relationships with senior officials across Whitehall. His role as Head of Parliamentary Engagement and Stakeholder Manager means Mark has extensive knowledge of government and the legislative process.
Lucinda Burman
Lucinda has worked in public affairs for many years and has advised clients in procurement, technology, the creative industries and sport. She has worked in the UK and internationally at senior levels with many high-profile businesses. Lucinda’s expertise and experience in the business sector is key to PSW's delivery for our commercial clients.
Heather James
Heather brings a decade's experience in senior external affairs roles, most recently as Partnerships & Impact Lead at a global organisation. In that role, she oversaw commercial, media and non-profit relationships.
